Summary of course content
This module will explore and discuss the issues involved in Innovation in the food sector and the process of going from having a new product idea to developing a financial model, business plan, marketing for a new business with a focus on marketing in the food sector. It will include presentations from experienced entrepreneurs with experiences and case studies. Workshops will focus on the process of finding seed or venture capital and consists of a series of talks and worked exercises.
